Terry just loaded up his newly acquired 2012 JD 850 Dozer that he found in a consignment sale. This is the second deal completed for Terry this month.
WE LOVE TO AUCTION SALES
Our client was the successful bidder at the Grande Prairie Ritchie Brothers Auction where he picked up this 2013 Cat D6 Dozer. Auction sales are so easy for us to complete and all our lenders love them too.
ANOTHER BIG TICKET RENTAL CONVERSION
Our good client Terry began renting this Barko processor from an equipment dealer in Kamloops before we were able to apply all the rental credits in lieu of a down payment to one of our banks. Terry now has the machine set up on a commercial lease to own with lower monthly payments than what he was renting it for and the dealership received the balance owed in full.
OFF LEASE EQUIPMENT SPECIAL SALE
One of lenders had a skid steer that became available off lease. We were able to seek out interest through our vast network of clients to see who might be interested in acquiring this 2016 Kubota Skid Steer. Our client got a great deal on the machine along with optimum lease financing while our lender got this machine off their books.

The bidder on this 2012 Kenworth T800 called us after the auction to see if we can help him with financing. It appears the auction financing paperwork was different than what he was told it would be over the phone. We immediately got to work and had the auction paid shortly thereafter.
