Doing business with a financial services provider often involves giving personal information and we have always placed the highest priority on protecting the confidentiality of our clients. This privacy policy is our guarantee to protect our clients’ privacy and all personal information they disclose to us. The use of personal information provided is limited to the purposes described in this policy. Under no circumstance do we trade, barter, exchange, or disclose for consideration any personal information we have obtained. Go Lease It Inc. (herein “Go Lease It”).
Go Lease It is a commercial equipment leasing brokerage. We are committed to assisting our clients to find the best possible lease rate by communicating and negotiating with one or more funders on our clients behalf. Using our contacts with a network of industry leading lease funders, we tailor our approvals to maximize our clients outcomes, resulting in the completion of the lease or finance transaction.
CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY AND INTEGRITY INFORMATION
Go Lease It will only permit access to client information to those employees or agents deemed necessary to provide our customers with the requested products and/or services. Go Lease It will take the necessary steps to maintain appropriate physical, procedural, and technical security so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and/or modification of personal information. At which time our clients’ personal information is no longer required, we will take extreme care with the disposal of such information. We commit to periodic review of our information disposal procedures to ensure their effectiveness.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our clients’ personal information is a vital part of our ongoing business relationship with them. Go Lease It will only disclose personal information in the following circumstances: (i) on a confidential basis to third parties including but not limited to: credit bureaus, funders, and financial institutions or their agents directly related to the application, (ii) for fraud prevention and/or reduction of the risk of fraud, (iii) any time the disclosure is required and/or permitted by law, (iv) if our customers request or consent to the disclosure, and/or (v) in order to verify on an on-going basis a customers’ continued eligibility for a lease.
CLIENT CONSENT
Our clients’ giving of personal information to Go Lease It indicates they agree and consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in agreement with this policy. This consent is agreed to in writing as part of the credit application. In most cases, and subject to legal and contractual restrictions, an individual is free to refuse and/or renege consent at any time given reasonable advance notice.
